Air source heat pump servicing is priced per installation rather than at a standard flat rate. A routine service costs less than a visit that also involves fault-finding, deep cleaning or replacement parts. The equipment arrangement, access and condition of the system all affect the final price.

A typical service visit covers the parts that affect safe operation, heat output and running efficiency. Depending on the system, we inspect:

• the outdoor unit, fan, coil, casing and mounting;
• airflow around the unit and signs of damage, corrosion or restricted ventilation;
• the heating circuit, including pressure, filters, pumps, valves and visible pipework;
